Situated on Broomhall Road our Fairfield complex is split into 3 buildings made up of 5, 6 & 7 bedroom student apartments and houses to rent. Fairfield House is an old converted Victorian mansion house which consists of 5 apartments ranging from 5 to 7 bedrooms each. Fairfield Lodge is a purpose-built block of student apartments containing three 6 bed and three 7 bed apartments. The Coach house is a separate 7-bed detached duplex apartment enclosed between the other two buildings.
The complex is situated within its own grounds surrounded by trees and shrubbery, ideal for picnics and BBQ’s in the warmer months. There is also free off-street parking available with 30+ free car parking spaces for current tenants. These grounds are maintained by our Sunrisestar maintenance team and we have a CCTV security system installed for your security.
