The Apartments
All the apartments have masses of natural light with floor to ceiling windows covering one entire wall. The units on the higher floors offer breath taking views across the city,  whilst all the apartments have the feeling of bringing the outside inside so you can enjoy the space whatever the weather.

The Style
All our apartments have a huge open-plan living space, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The style is contemporary with: wooden floors, down-lights, trendy black and chrome sofas, birch and steel kitchen units, black tiling, black marble effect work surfaces, integrated units, breakfast bar seating and formal dinning.

 

The Bedrooms The study bedrooms are light and spacious, all with double beds, full size wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, workstation desk and venetian blinds. All the bedrooms individually lock and have four sockets and one data point.

Additional Facilities:
Each apartment has two fully fitted showers rooms with WC and shower cubicles (some apartments have an additional WC). Every apartment has a fully fitted utility room with washer/dryer. The kitchens are all fitted with a full sized dishwasher, fan assisted oven, hob, waste disposal unit, fridges, freezers and plenty of storage. There is an intercom door entry system in each apartment so you can “buzz” in any visitors.

In the lounge you will find a Sky TV point as well as Digital TV.

The building itself is serviced by two lifts and a central staircase, on the ground floor you will find the refuse and recycling bins and a secure bicycle storage with ground floor access.

Security The main entrance is serviced with a double door entrance system which requires key and code to gain access. There is CCTV covering each floor of the building and immediately surrounding the building, exterior lights illuminate both the main entrance and the side streets.
